We started off as a retailer for sport and outdoor equipment as well as producing military products and even started a survival game team. From there, we continued to do what we knew best, which was to produce top notch tactical gears.
Teng Yao Chang is our founder since 1988 and has remained loyal to providing quality products to our community. In 1990, our core brand name Magforce International came to life and since then we thrive on creating every day hard use gears. Throughout all these years we remained consistent with our quality and that fact will remain the same. That is the promise we make to our customers as we are sincerely thankful for everyone’s loyalty to our brand and believe in our designs.
- What does our warranty cover and what is exempt?
Magforce provides a limited lifetime warranty in which lifetime is defined as the expected life of the product and not the user’s lifetime. Our products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturer’s defects for the lifetime of the product when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear over time, natural breakdown of colors, the materials over extended time and use, accidents, unreasonable use, improper care, modifications, alterations or negligence. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product, and only to the products purchased and used in the United States of America. Removal or defacing of brand labels voids warranty. If the product is deemed as covered under our warranty, we can choose to repair or replace the product at our discretion, free of charge. If the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, we will provide a product of equal value to be ordered. Repairs not covered under warranty will be considered on a case-by-case scenario, and services provided will be at the expense of the customer at a reasonable charge. The charge will be determined at the time the product is being evaluated. Products will not be repaired if a cost if required until approval is received from customer. Magforce shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied Warranty on this product, including any damage to person or property, whenever the law allows. Any free promotional items are not covered under the warranty.
- How is “lifetime” defined by Magforce?
The product’s “lifetime” is defined as the expected life of the product in which the product can no longer function or perform it’s intended usage. The determination of whether a product’s lifetime has been used will be assessed by Magforce when turning in a warranty request.
- Where do I send in my request for a warranty evaluation or repair service and what do I need to include?
Please kindly perform the following steps:
STEP 1: Please email a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to email@example.com . All returns must be accompanied by a valid return merchandise authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box. When requesting for an RMA, please be sure to provide the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Shipping Address
- Email Address
- Product Name & Model Number (it can be found on the tags or please kindly review our webpage to locate your item’s model number)
- Product Issue
- Proof of purchase (receipt works best or just the name of the place you bought the item at)
- How long the product has been used?
- Images of the product’s issue
Step 2: Once your RMA is approved, you will be provided with a sheet that contains the above noted information. Please kindly print it out to include inside of your RMA’s package.
Step 3: Mark the defect clearly with a piece of masking tape and ship the product to the provided return address that will be noted on the slip in Step 2. All shipping to our Warranty center must be pre-paid and insured. Magforce cannot be liable for any lost in-bound packages. Please send the product in clean. State law requires that garments be cleaned before being returned for repair or replacement.
- Is shipping paid for?
Our customers will need to pay for the shipping charges to send the product to our Warranty center. If the product is covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace your pack and return it to you. No charges will be made for any shipping or handling fee on its return trip to you if you have a Continental United States shipping address. Shipping charges for all non-warranty repairs are at the owner’s expense. Customers with warranty claims outside of the Continental United States will be responsible for all freight costs and customs duties incurred in transporting the product(s) to and from Magforce’s Warranty Center for service.
